Wagering and play with a bonus
Welcome stages carry 50x wagering on the deposit plus the bonus. Contribution is 100% on slots, 10% on table and live games, under 2% on video poker and 0% on baccarat. Bets are capped at the sterling equivalent of 10 euros while a bonus is active. Bonus credits not used within 30 days expire.
Voided bonuses
Low-risk betting, a single bet of 20% or more of the bonus value, or raising stakes through a gamble feature above the game's maximum can lead to the bonus and its winnings being removed. You may also cancel a bonus yourself at any time.
Withdrawals
Every deposit must be staked at least once. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method, are processed Monday to Friday after up to 48 hours pending, and are limited to £5,000 per transaction. Where total withdrawals reach five times total deposits, we pay in instalments.
Checks
We verify identity, address and payment method, and may phone you as part of that. If we cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, it may be cancelled.
